This Privacy Policy explains how Creator Hustle AI (formerly Course Hustle), run by Liya Bergen, collects and uses information when you visit creatorhustle.ai or our course platform at go.coursehustle.com (together, the "Sites"). Personal information

We collect the personal information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address and, when you buy something, your billing details. This happens when you sign up for a freebie or waitlist, buy a product or service, fill in a form, or email us.

We use this information to deliver what you asked for, process your purchase, send you emails (including AI tips, resources and offers), answer your questions and improve our products. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Your personal information will never be sold to or shared with unrelated third parties. We may disclose it if we're required to by law or legal process.

Tools we use

We use trusted third-party tools to run the business, and they process your information on our behalf: Kit (email sign-ups and newsletters), ThriveCart (checkout and course delivery), Airtable (collaboration enquiries), Skool (our community and waitlists), Shopify (our shop at creatorhustle.shop) and Cloudflare (website hosting and security).

Payments are handled by the payment providers used at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Anonymous information

Activity. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic information such as the pages you visit, your browser type, your IP address and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Sites running smoothly and secure, and to understand how they're used overall.

Cookies. Our website itself doesn't use advertising cookies. Some tools we use, such as email forms and checkout pages, may set their own cookies so they work properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work as expected. The Sites don't respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

Third-party links

The Sites link to other websites, such as our shop, community and partners. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle your information.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Sites are meant for adults. You must be 18 or older to use them, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
