This Claude Skill is the exact system behind my own collab page. People fill in one simple form, and every request lands in your Airtable list with an AI-written reply that has already checked whether it's a good fit for your audience.
Your phone pings, you read the draft, and you reply from your own inbox in one click. After each collab, you log the sign-ups and sales it brought in, so you know exactly who to work with again.

Tell Claude about your collabs
Claude asks who your audience is, which collabs you're open to and what's a poor fit, then writes your AI reply prompt and form wording for you.
Build your collab hub
Step by step, you set up your request form, your Airtable list with AI-drafted replies, and a Slack ping on your phone.
Test it before it goes live
Three ready-made test requests check the AI says yes, no and “let's talk” in the right places, with a fix for anything that's off.
Reply and track results
Click Reply to answer from your own inbox, then log the sign-ups and sales each collab brings in.
Questions, answered
Do I need to be techy?
Not at all. Claude walks you through every click in plain English, and you can send it a screenshot whenever you're not sure what to press.
What do I need?
A paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise), because custom skills aren't available on the free plan. You'll also need free accounts on Airtable, Fillout and Slack, which the skill helps you set up.
Does the AI say yes to collabs for me?
No. It only drafts replies. Good fits get a warm next step, poor fits get a kind no, and anything that needs your decision is flagged at the top of the draft. You read every reply and send it yourself.
Are there monthly fees?
The setup runs on the free plans of Airtable, Fillout and Slack. AI drafts use Airtable's monthly AI allowance. Free plans are set by those companies and can change.
How long does it take?
About 90 minutes, and you can stop after any part and pick it up later.
